Day 12

When we need help
Always ask from Him (the only one God)
Never ask from a person

A person would never understand
A person would always question
A person would always have doubt
A person would not always sincere
A person would ask for assurance
A person would ask for guarantee
A person would expect something in return...

He won't!

He will never question
He will grant you without question
He will never ask for something in return
He will not ask you to pay back the help

So, if you're in dark
don't look for person
instead,
Go and look for Him..

Yesterday was not an active day for me. I was sleeping most of the time. Yesterday was Friday. I guess it was a holiday for me ;). I didn't even cook for the Iftar. Then, who did? Someone else did. He cooked only for the iftar. We had kodok (jemput) bawang, goreng keledek and sliced water melon. After performing Maghrib prayer, we went out for dinner.

Actually, someone in the house never really like to dine out during Ramadhan month. It is kind of hassle to eat in rush. The kids would add the time that we have to spend in the diner.

We had our dinner in Pattaya - the only thai style restaurant in Al Jubail. Since we're pretty full, we didn't order much. We only had vege fried rice, cuttlefish tomyam soup, prawn tempura and ice lemon tea. As expected, nothing completely finished the ice lemon tea. We have another half a jug full!

when ummi is not well, Shahmey will be too :(

Today was not a freshing day for both Shahmey and myself. Both of us were not feeling well.

I had a really bad sore throat when I woke up early in the morning. When I tried to swallow, I felt like a stone stucked in my throat. It was so painful. Not to mention about the cough. Almost the whole night was filled with my coughing. I didn't sleep well.

Added spice to it, Shahmey woke up at almost 2.00am until almost 4.00am. He didn't cry though. He played around since he couldn't sleep. Since he was sleeping besides me, he crawled over me and slapped my body and face. He was having fun while everyone else tried to sleep.

Shahmey was okay in the morning. Towards the afternoon, his face started to redden. He didn't eat that much when I fed him during lunch. Something was wrong with him, I thought. I touched his forehead... warm! His body was warm too. When I saw his running nose, I knew he had fever.

Abang called, asking whether I wanted to go to the hospital (I was the one who insisted to see a doctor after getting the sore throat in the morning). I requested him to go after he comes back from work but he suggested to go there earlier (we went there last week and was told the clinic was already closed when there was still 1/2 hour left!). I didn't tell abang about Shahmey since I thought, both of us could be treated at the same hospital.

We went to Alm@na Hospital. I purposely chose Alm@na because I needed to obtain the result for my blood test which was done last week (a day before I was rejected due to the lateness - claim by them!). Since I still had to go to see the doctor, I could just tell the doctor that I was not feeling well and get the prescribed medicine.

When it came to Shahmey's turn, we had to go to a different counter, which was quite far from the counter that I just went. I saw so many people there waiting to be treated. Abang then, decided to go to a different hospital.

We went to Mwst Hospital after the maghrib prayer. After about 20 minutes waiting, it was Shahmey's turn. His weight was 8.2kg. His temperature was 39C! Very high and the doctor insert a suppository into Shahmey's an*s to mellow the fever.

The doctor also told us that Shahmey had throat and ear infection. He must have gotten it from somebody in the house, he added. I quickly told him, from me! Who else in the house had sore throat besides me? And the ear... needless to say, when your throat is sick, the ear and nose will follow suit (3 serangkai). That's why there is only 1 specialist for Ear, Nose and Throat - ENT (3 in 1!).

We went to the pharmacy for the prescribed medicine. The pharmacist gave us 10 suppositories! I remember when I was in M@l@ysia, doctors only prescribed 5 the most because the effect is rather stronger than usual paracetamol syrup. Besides that, he also gave us another 2 kinds of medicine.

We ended up bring back bunch of medicine home. 3 boxes for me and 3 boxes for Shahmey.

I hope Shahmey and I will get better tomorrow onwards because if I am sick, Shahmey will be too...
