Ever since I came to Saudi, I've become very close to a new friend or shall I say new friends. It was due to my old friend who's not quite loyal to me *sob*. She left me at the time I need her the most.
Why my dear friend? why? You don't like me anymore huh? You don't like the fact that I had to be in this country? A country that doesn't belong to me. A country that doesn't suit me.
You betray me my dear. You told me you will be with me forever. Perhaps my body is not as strong as before. Is that the reason why you left me? They told me to drink lots of water in order for you to be close to me again. I did.. perhaps not lots enough *grin*
Please come back. I need you. I really need you now...
This is what I have to do to get to my old friend again
I don't like my new friends - cough, flu, headache, fever and sore throat!
I miss my friend - healthiness!
I always pray to Him for you to come back to me and stay with me forever! Insyaallah...

take care neeza..dah makan ubat? kalau batuk2 ni "panas dalam" so kalau ada barley rebus dan campur gula batu lepas tu minum bubur barley tu..insyaAllah boleh hilang panas badan tu.
Mungkin iklim dan persekitaran di saudi yang buat you tak sesuai. Kena sentiasa ambil ubat dan food supplement.

neeza dah start rasa cuaca sini tak friendly to me. Masa study kat US dulu okay je. Takde pulak sakit cam ni. Ataupun body resistance neeza dah lemah kot.. dulu anak dara. Ini dah jadi mak orang. Umur pun dah banyak.. heheheee.

Ingatkan ada "Delima Wanita" ke ape tadi, rupanya sedara kita tu yang tak setia. Itu semua, dugaan juga tu. Kalau 11 bulan kita dah sihat, sebulan kurang sihat sedikit, tentu ada hikmahnya. Semoga cepat sihat semula. InsyaAllah.
memang ambik masa sikit for our body to adjust to a new environment and change of weather. Dah 3 tahun kat sini, I get sick everytime I go home to malaysia (pulak dah, kan?).
Make sure you get all the nutrition you need, take supplements if necessary. I beli Multivitamins dari malaysia bawak mai sini, sebab they're SO expensive over here :P
(or maybe get your doctor to prescribe vitamins, insurance cover kot?)

dah dekat 4 bulan I kat sini. Tak tahu lah nak kata. Mungkin sebab sekarang cuaca nak tukar panas balik agaknya..
